Mohd Fuad Sharuji was appointed CEO of IVP in December 2022 and Board Director in January 2023. He brings over 45 years of aviation experience, including 29 years in Engineering and Maintenance at Malaysia Airlines and later as Vice President of the Operations Control Centre. Renowned for his leadership during the MH370 and MH17 crises, he continues to serve the aviation sector through advisory and mentoring roles.
Fuad trained in Luton, England, and is a certified Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He holds an MBA from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR).

Angela Chong is a finance and operations professional with over 24 years of experience across private equity, corporate transformation, and strategic finance. Prior to joining IVP, she held key roles at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, IBM Malaysia, and Ernst & Young, where she contributed to high-impact financial restructuring and operational improvement initiatives.
At IVP, Angela supports corporate strategy, financial planning, and transformation efforts linked to the redevelopment of Complex A. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, majoring in accounting and finance.

Mohd Amin bin Serri is an experienced operations and project management professional with over 20 years in the aviation and infrastructure sectors. He currently serves as Head of Admin & Operations at IVP, supporting the redevelopment of the former MAS Complex A into a premier MRO centre. His role covers project coordination, vendor engagement, operations planning, and regulatory compliance.
Previously, he held various roles at Malaysia Airlines, managing global contact centre operations, digital systems, and workforce planning. Amin holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.

Fauziah Shariff is a certified accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), with 17 years of experience in accounting, finance, and audit across the construction, oil & gas, and transportation sectors. She began her career in a mid-sized audit firm before transitioning into various corporate finance roles.
At IVP, Fauziah oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance as part of the redevelopment of Complex A. She holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Accounting from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and is known for her meticulous attention to detail.

Saiful Ramzi Shallehuddin is a seasoned security and risk management professional with over 20 years of experience in the aviation sector. He has held senior roles at Subang Airport (SZB), KLIA, and KLIA2, focusing on physical security, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness.
Saiful has twice been appointed as a Nominated Post Holder (NPH) by CAAM and is a certified National and Certificate Auditor under CAAM. He is also an internationally accredited Instructor and Auditor with ICAO. At IVP, he applies aviation-grade security principles to safeguard assets, operations, and heritage.

Mohammed Asri bin Mohd Ali joined IVP in January 2024 with over 25 years of experience in project development and property management. He previously served as a consultant to IVP, overseeing key tendering and award processes. Asri spent 16 years at Malaysia Airlines, contributing to the KLIA construction and managing facility projects locally and abroad. He was also Building Manager of Bangunan MAS and played key roles in the Four Seasons Langkawi and Desaru Coast developments, including the Desaru Coast Ferry Terminal.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), UK.
